If you do not have your own specialist IT team, we also provide the 'LetterMaker' program which can be used to generate code to produce standard integrated letters in a matter of minutes. For example you can produce a new Client Chase letter in the following simple steps:

• Create the template letter in word marking any data items using the macro provided

• Start LetterMaker from within the Legis Builder tool and follow a few wizard style prompts

• Press the finish button and Legis Builder automatically builds your new letter process

The new letter process is now ready to run; producing not only the letter with the data appropriate to the file, but also diary entries, time entries and follow-on tasks.
